We work with some of the largest brands and most popular social platforms in the world, protecting them from a wide variety of risks including offensive, abusive and illegal content, exploitation, social PR crises, security risks, IP and trademark violations and regulatory issues.

We regularly have risk analysis (moderation) work available for social media savvy freelance contractors who are able to offer their services remotely from various timezones.

The Contract Work We Offer
Contractors offering work to Crisp from remote locations review content from our clients' social media and UGC platforms and accurately identify risks the content may contain, in line with risk guidelines provided by Crisp.

The work is completed on the contractor's own computer equipment and needs no special software to be installed since the Crisp tools are browser based. Once contractors are comfortable with Crisp's risk guidelines and tools they can log in to complete the work available whenever they wish. Payment is on a per item basis and on a sliding scale based on length and complexity of content and our contractors invoice us  monthly.

Skills We’re Looking For
Previous moderation experience is not essential , instead the skills contractors would need are:

- Excellent knowledge of popular slang and acronyms and online culture.
- An eye for detail and the ability to digest guidelines and apply them to the live analysis of social media content.
